How We Do It:
We assist in setting up computerized accounting systems while providing staff training to maximize optimal outcomes. We help in gathering data, reconstructing missing or misplaced data and validating the accuracy, completeness and reasonableness of compiled information. The client provides basic source documents for this process and will periodically meet or interact with HCA & Co., vendors, regulatory/governmental agencies and other third parties to enhance process methodologies and project completion and/or abandonment.
Once an accounting system/infrastructure or standard operating procedures (SOP’s) are recommended by HCA & Co., and implemented by the client, then consistent application and continuous adherence should be observed until modified, changed, discarded or abandoned in part or in whole. Adequate staff training and supervision by the client will augment the internal control environment.
This process will create a reliable, responsive and reasonably adequate accounting system and procedures infrastructure for you and/or your organization.
